Imagethief apologizes for a temporary interruption in comments due to a little spam blizzard this afternoon. I'll keep an eye on the situation and we'll see how things go. On another note, Imagethief is not a supporter of the death penalty. In general, I think this is a matter of absolutes, and you are either for the death penalty or against it. It's dangerous to say, "this crime is bad enough to merit death and that one isn't". Once you agree that anything is heinous enough to merit death, you open the floodgates of equivocation. For instance, I would much rather see Saddam Hussein jailed for life than hung, even knowing the terrible litany of crimes of which he is guilty.

On the other hand, if I could catch the people who spam my site, I would shoot them in the face with a bazooka. I guess we all have limits.
