Meanwhile Singapore continues its desperate fight for relevancy by cutting their corporate tax rate to catch up to Hong Kong. Now all they need to do is move the city a few thousand kilometres north, hand over sovereignty to China, and grovel to Beijing like crazy and they'll be there.
