Our client is a local start up creative and events agency - an international, dynamic event, communication and production company , specialized in PR events, corporate experiences, multimedia exhibitions and road shows across China, providing complete packages from conception through production to execution, as well as branding design. Clients include globally recognized luxury alcohol, food & beverage, fashion and technology brands. As the Managing Director you will be fully responsible for all China operations. You will be managing a team of 25 staff and able to develop best practices in all functions: management, creative, sales, production, HR etc in line with company's culture and values. You will have significant experience in driving agency business and networks with very good understanding of China market, analytical and strategic mind, very pro-active and entrepreneurial to cope with the challenging environment of a start up agency spirit. You need to be fluent in English and Mandarin and have a thorough understanding of the events market in China.
