Shanghai Plans To Charge Traffic Congestion Fee

A representative from Shanghai Municipal Transportation Management Department is quoted in local media as saying that Shanghai will work out a better controlling measure and reasonable vehicle scale according to market demand and road capacity and launch a road congestion fee at an appropriate time.
