Taiwan will target the missile Hisung Feng Ⅱ-E on Hong Kong, Shanghai and Three-Gorge Dam if the PLA attack the island, according to a written document by Ou Xifu, a researcher of Taiwan Homeland Security Office.

It is the first statement from Taiwan claiming to raid the mainland with anti-ship missile.

Hsiung Feng Ⅱ-E, developed by the Taiwan-based Chungshan Institution of Science and Technology, has a range of 1000 kilometers, which can strike the targets such as Shanghai and Guangzhou. And the production budget for the cruise missile has been passed by Taiwan’s lawmakers this year.
