Who needs the Olympics? This little guy is the mascot of the 2009 World Stamp Exhibition, which will be held in Luoyang. I wonder if there will be any political crises or protests surrounding that event? I wonder if anyone will attend?

What I really wonder is whether this whole event is real or something out of The Onion.
