道德經·十六章 夫物芸芸,各復歸其根。歸根曰靜,靜曰復命。復命曰常,知常曰明,不知常,妄作凶。
Each one of a multitude of things returns to its root. Return to its root means stillness. Stillness means return to nature. Return to nature means regularity. Cognition of regularity means clarity, and no cognition of regularity spells calamity.
Laozi thinks that craftiness and preconceived ideas would blind your eyes. And emptiness can remove the barrier of your mind.
A classical book can be defined as that every time you read it, you always find something new from it. The Romance of Three Kingdoms brings about a number of new ideas to me that I nearly get fascinated by it. No matter how busy I was, I tried my best to find time to read it. I also decided to buy some books related to it, such as the History of Three Kingdoms.
